The fundamental problem in the labor market is not the unemployment rate, the fundamental problem is where are the workers that companies need. In the medium and long term there is a labor shortage but there is even more labor shortage of the profiles that the companies are looking for, in such a way that the companies are having to cover the hole in that ship that is beginning to lose water. We are making patches, we could say, they are not the profiles that companies want or need.
